ALL SALES ARE FINAL — NO REFUNDS ON DIGITAL PRODUCTS

Because all FabTech Industrial products are instantly delivered digital assets (Excel, Word, and PDF files), all sales are final and non-refundable once the download link has been issued or the file has been accessed.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

WHY WE CANNOT OFFER REFUNDS:
Unlike physical goods, digital files cannot be "returned." Once a file is downloaded or a download link is issued, the product has been fully delivered. This is consistent with standard digital goods policy under international consumer protection frameworks.

EXCEPTIONS — TECHNICAL ISSUES ONLY:
If you experience a genuine technical issue (e.g., corrupted file, download link failure), please contact us within 7 days of purchase at sales@fabtech-industrial.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We will resolve the issue by re-delivering your files at no additional cost.

We do not accept refund requests based on:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Incompatibility with older software versions (all files require Microsoft Excel 2016+ or Word 2016+)
- Misunderstanding of product contents (please review all product descriptions carefully before purchase)
