All templates, documents, spreadsheets, PDFs, and digital assets sold through this store are the exclusive intellectual property of FabTech Industrial and Global Engineering Technology.

Our products are protected under international copyright law. All rights are reserved.

You are strictly prohibited from:
- Reselling, redistributing, sublicensing, or sharing our digital files with any third party
- Uploading our templates to any file-sharing platform, marketplace, or website
- Claiming ownership or authorship of our templates
- Using our files to create competing products for commercial sale

3. PERMITTED USE — SINGLE BUSINESS LICENCE
Each purchase grants you a single-business, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to:
- Use and edit the purchased template(s) within your own organisation
- Customise the files with your company branding and project-specific data
- Use completed, filled-in documents for internal compliance, audits, and client submissions

This licence is granted to the purchasing entity only and may not be transferred to any other individual or organisation.

4. DIGITAL DELIVERY
All products are delivered digitally via a secure download link sent to your registered email address immediately after payment is confirmed. FabTech Industrial is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect email addresses provided at checkout.

5. ACCURACY & DISCLAIMER
Our templates are based on widely recognised industrial standards including UL-142, UL-58, ASME Section VIII, AWS D1.1, and ISO frameworks. However, FabTech Industrial does not warrant that our templates will satisfy every jurisdiction-specific or project-specific compliance requirement.

It is the buyer's responsibility to verify that the purchased templates are appropriate for their specific regulatory context. FabTech Industrial accepts no liability for any compliance failure, regulatory penalty, or commercial loss arising from the use of our products.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FabTech Industrial and Global Engineering Technology shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the purchase or use of our digital products. Our total liability in any case shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.

7. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the UAE.

8. AMENDMENTS
FabTech Industrial reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our store following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
